No Show Policy

All accepted papers MUST BE presented orally (offline) or virtually (online) at the conference in order to be published in the proceedings. Papers that are not presented will not be published.

Only accepted & presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Instructions for Authors

Presentation Guidelines

Everything you need to prepare and submit your presentation

Each paper is allocated 15 minutes in total: 10 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. At least one author must join the session live to answer questions.

Critical deadline

All presentation material is due July 30, 2027.

Recording Specifications

  • Duration: Exactly 10 minutes.
  • Format & resolution: HD, 1280×720 ("720p").
  • Typography: Simple fonts (Arial, Calibri), 30pt+.
  • Media: No high-res images, no embedded videos.
  • File naming: SessionID_LastName.mp4 — e.g. 1A_Nugroho.

Alternative Options

Record screen and mic with any free tool on Linux, macOS, or Windows — or export slides as images, record audio separately, and combine them in an editor (e.g. Kdenlive, iMovie).

Review your recording before submitting, then upload the file to Google Drive.
